A Story About HOLISTIC HEALING

I just want to try to be a little unconventional
and write this story myself, in first person singular, instead
of “he”, in third person singular, as when some
script-writer who you engage for the task would write all the
good things about you. Not to mention, it is also cheaper this
way.
In short, I would like to tell you, how I intend
to put my tuppence-worth in and make an effort to improve peoples'
lives to some, more or full degree.
As it happened some years ago, my passion, my
raison d'être surfaced and caught up with me. Not the
other way around. Usually we do the desperate search to find
our passion, that direction we need to take to find our fulfilment.
This was quite a change for an ex-Hells Angel-LA, wearing chains
and riding a Harley. But, that is another story. In the Art
of Healing did I find this fulfilment. It happened with an
unmistakeable clarity as I received all the kindness from synchronicity,
when all the wonderful teachers appeared in my life, one by
one, as soon as I became ready for them. As the Buddhist wise
words say: "When the Student is ready, the Teacher appears." This
is amazingly true.
It all started years ago, when I picked up a
book called "The Road Less Travelled" by M. Scott
Peck, when my eyes opened wide, and I realised, that there
is another world inside ourselves, which I always knew existed,
but somehow I could never enter the door to explore its wonders
in real depth. But now, that door opened wide and there was
no return. I did not wish for a return either. It felt as if
some angel guides took me by the hand, and began to show me
around in a treasure cove of a Wonderland, where the treasure
was called Love, Care, Nurturing, Kindness, Warmth, Attention,
Giving and Healing. A Wonderland where whenever you gave from
heart, you always received back tenfold.
These same angel guides kept on taking me to
one teacher after the other, all skilled in their various crafts,
Mind Power, Anatomy, Mind Frame Techniques, Energy Medicine,
Energy Healing, Spiritual Teachings and Healing, Holistic Massage,
Classic Massage, Polynesian Massage, Power of the Subconscious
Mind, Hypno-Therapy, Metaphysics, Conversations With God, The
Way of the Inyanga, Buteyko Breathing for Asthmatics, The Art
of Listening and Reiki. Needless to say, my soul acted like
a sponge, just sucking into itself all these newly discovered
treasures. I found myself especially drawn to the healing art
of Holistic Massage, where my real abilities to heal, comfort
and connect, still lie today. The "laying-on-of-hands" connection
with another Being is a very precious, trustful and soul lifting
experience, where the easing, release and healing effect is
practically immediate.
Slowly I found myself looking at the world with
new, different eyes. Real truths and memories began to reveal
themselves to me, truths which were always there, only I was
going about my business not seeing the wood from the trees.
Bigtime. I also discovered that with very little effort, the
inherently wonderful Spirit just opens up in people, like the
most beautiful rose, even in the most irritating, infuriating
individual. All that beautiful rose needs, is a little water.
At the same time, I also noticed, that people
began to relate to me and communicate with me somehow in an
interestingly new way. Never before did I encounter so many
smiling faces, so many warm words and welcoming gestures. Not
in one heap. Not so many in one day. Have I got "nice
guy" tattooed on my forehead? Then it came to me. If I
can see others who they really are (even if sometimes it takes
some good-will effort), and give that glowing Spirit a chance
to surface, then it simply can not be any other way. A corn
seed gives corn, any farmer's kid will tell you that. Kindness
gives kindness. Good-will gives good-will. Love begets love.
Isn't it logical? Oh boy, didn't it just take me a long time
to figure that one out?!
To my Masters I'll be eternally grateful. I will
always think of them with the Highest Love, that I had the
privilege to receive their wisdom and precious knowledge. Now
it is my turn to pass it on, in a form of healing to my fellow
Beings, and also to be a teacher for others who seek. I will
also not forget that I will always remain a student.
I could hardly wait for the first opportunity
to put my healing craft into practice. When the opportunity
arose and all the necessary activities performed with all the
required energies, feelings, attention, care and Love, the
resulting effect was to me, simply said, overwhelming. To be
able to Heal someone is truly a blessed experience. But here,
I need to correct myself; the healing is really being performed
by the person being healed. We all have those healing powers
inside ourselves, the Healer only facilitates, channels the
healing energies. When those powers are awakened in anyone
who wishes to be healed, there is no other outcome. It is that
simple. Every time.
Since that first time, I had the privilege to
assist many fellow Human Beings to gain balance in Body, Mind
and Spirit. In this process I am the one who needs to be thankful,
as Love always works both ways. To this I can account my excellent
health to, my wonderful, loving relationship with my wife Sheila
who is my Soulmate, and our children Taryn and Brydon, and
all my patients who also became precious friends.
When you find that the stress is overwhelming,
your relationships keep going wrong, life seems to be a roller-coaster,
you can't get a grip on a weight problem, an illness or a disease
(read: dis-ease), may that be cancer, AIDS or leukemia surfacing,
your Soul feels alone or empty, and you feel that you should
look beyond the conventional help methods, I will be privileged
to be there for you, to use all my knowledge and Love, to call
upon all the eternal forces and energies of the Universe, to
Heal Body, Mind and Spirit.

PEACE GOVERNMENT SOUTHERN AFRICA
Good Morning South Africa…!
On the 24th of September, a nationally not very
well known event took place in our magnificent country :
The Inauguration of the Peace Government Southern
Africa.
Yes, there are many question marks in many eyes, “what
on earth is that?”.
Well, we all know, that in spite of being in
power for over ten years, our ANC Government of the day is
still a “new” Government. To achieve the existence
of an ideal, effective, humanistic and successful Government,
takes lot of effort, time, learning and soul-searching.
We are still at the beginning of the path…
Leaders need to be very special individuals.
Leaders are those people, who possess the greatest
Understanding, Ability and Passionate Desire to SERVE their
fellow Beings within their Nation.
Every member of every Government on our planet
would need to embrace this understanding.
In this decade we saw one person who showed a
shining example of passionate service to his people :
Madiba-Nelson R. Mandela. A master-teacher on
the subject of Humanity.
Madiba has endorsed the Peace Government Southern
Africa.

To assist our ANC Government in its efforts to
be successful in leading our country, the idea of the Peace
Government Southern Africa was born.
Responding to an international initiative, a
group of individuals of philanthropic (love of mankind) beliefs
at CIDA University in Johannesburg got together.
Driven by humanistic philosophies and knowledge
of Natural Laws, this group of conscientious scientists, metaphysicians,
natural healers, teachers and counsellors realised, that combining
their skills and talents together, they are able to offer a
new and very much needed facet to our Government.
To be able to be practical and functional, this
Body needed to organise itself into a mirror of our ANC Government,
if the description “twin-government” can be used.
The structure includes “twin” ministers, as Minister
of Education, Minister of Agriculture and so forth. There are
also differences, as the ANC Government has a Minister of Defence,
the equivalent in the Peace Government Southern Africa is a
Minister of Peace.
The structure is the following. The ministers
of the Government of the day are working together with the
ministers of Peace Government Southern Africa, where the latter
are able to give their input of humanistic, psychological,
emotional, mental and spiritual insights, therewith completing
the understanding of the many challenges each minister in the
ANC Government does face.
There is no competition of any nature from the
Peace Government Southern Africa, as its function is to serve
the democratically chosen Government of the day. By its original
foundation, it seeks the permanent establishment of peace,
enhancement of human dignity and finding solutions according
to Natural Laws.
The name of the organisation, Peace Government
Southern Africa, was chosen with great thought, as it not only
represents South Africa, but all countries of the Southern
area on our continent.
The Peace Government Southern Africa approached
the ANC Government, and to its great delight, the idea was
embraced and welcomed.
The Inauguration
On the 24th of September, Heritage Day, the very
beautiful inauguration ceremony was held at the Indaba Hotel
in Johannesburg.
The inauguration was privileged to have Sanusi
Baba Credo Mutwa and his wife Virginia addressing the over
100 strong specially invited audience, who welcomed them with
a standing ovation.
The Ministers and Deputy Ministers of Peace Government
Southern Africa were inaugurated by taking their vows of duty
and loyalty.
The Government was represented by ANC Secretary-General
Mr Kgalema Motlanthe, who welcomed the Peace Government Southern
Africa in his speech.
Dr Mathole Motshega represented the Kara Heritage
Institute.
Present was Dr Albertina Luthuli (Nobel Prize),
and Peoples’ Poet Mzwakhe Mbuli rendered his poem “Hands”,
which he specially wrote for the occasion.
Soul lifting speeches were given by Dr Richard
Peycke (MD – CIDA),
Mirabai Devi (World Peace Conference),
Mr Sandile Ndlungwane (President – Peace Government Southern Africa),
Dr Taddy Blecher (CEO - CIDA University),
Mr Tom Mphatsoe (TM Teacher),
Mr Tukiso Mokoena,
Prof. Elemér E. Rosinger (President GUSP – SA)
and Dr Richard Broome.
The wonderfully enthusiastic CIDA Choir presented
a beautiful and energetic repertoire of songs, rewarded by
warm applause by the audience.
The proceedings ended with the South African
National Anthem being sung, where every heart felt the warmth,
and many eyes gained some extra shine from precious moisture
of the Soul.
Let the Work begin…

SOULHEALING WITH DOLPHINS : 20 – 24 April

Swimming and connecting with dolphins is a most
incredible and healing experience. It is hard to describe how
we are touched when we are befriended by these beautiful, friendly
creatures of the deep who welcome us so openly into their world.
3 dolphin launches are included (weather permitting).
George-Gabriel Berkovits (Soulhealer), holistic
teacher and life coach with years of experience in many healing
modalities will be facilitating 2/3 hr workshops on two of
the days :
SOULHEALING – WHO ARE WE? –THE MIND–THE
POWER : We have infinite riches within our reach. To gain them,
all we have to do is open our mental eyes and behold the treasure
house of infinity within ourselves and our own potential to
live life gloriously, joyously and abundantly.
SOULHEALING - SPIRITUAL TEACHING - WE, THE UNIVERSE
: We get an insight and an understanding of "Who We Really
Are", and how we relate to "The Big Picture".
When we get a grasp of the reality that "we are all One",
we lose the illusion of separation. Spiritual teaching will
give an answer to how and why we have been created, what our
purpose is, what we are doing in our lives, why we are going
through all our experiences and what to do when we want to
master life.
Sheila, will be facilitating an invigorating
NIA session:
Nia is a revolutionary fitness technique that
replaces the usual idea of “no pain no gain”. Nia
tones and trims through gentle dance movements to beautiful
music which heals not only the body but mind and spirit. At
the end of the session you can expect to feel a warm glow all
over the body and yet energized – it is amazing!!
I will be facilitating a Dolphin Meditation,
a drum workshop and a poi (firedancing) workshop for those
who are keen, and will entertain you all with a firedancing
show!
You can choose to swim in the warm sea, walk
or relax on the beach or in the dolphin camp where we'll be
staying (right on the beach) or explore the village of Ponta
d'Oura and their craft markets.
The 5 days / 4 nights package which includes
all of the above, border transfers, snorkelling course and
brunch & dinner each day and accommodation is :
